Delivery Driver/Warehouse Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Locally owned Mattress and Furniture Company looking for Reliable, Responsible, Mature, and Motivated Delivery Driver/Warehouse Personnel to distribute products promptly, safely, and with a Great Attitude; to our customers. This position entails Warehouse Shipping and Receiving, Furniture loading and unloading, Assembly in customer's homes and store locations. This position requires applicant to be in excellent physical condition with the ability to lift and carry 60lbs plus. The foremost responsibility is delivery,setup and floor maintenance but it is not limited to solely these items. Must be Honest, Self Motivated, comfortable communicating with a variety of people and cultures, and work well with a team. A driven and strong work ethic is what we are seeking. Prefer 25 years or older with an Excellent Driving Record, but will consider 21 years and older. You will represent our company in a professional Polite manner to keep our customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Manage Bills of Lading, Packing Slips and Shipping and Receiving Paperwork in order to address proper shipments and prevent loss Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards A number of miscellaneous responsibilities on showroom floor/within the truck. Skills Proven working experience as a Furniture Delivery Driver/Mattress and Furniture Warehouse experience Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to operate Vehicles and equipment in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to operate power tools and equipment Ability to read, write and communicate clearly and concisely in English High school diploma or
