Job Description

Appliance Delivery & Installation Contractor 1-Man Teams & 2-Man Teams - $1,500-$3,500+/Week Atlas Appliance Experts is hiring reliable, professional independent contractors (1099) for appliance delivery & installation routes. We work primarily with big-box retailers and provide consistent Monday-Friday routes (optional Saturdays).
PAY STRUCTURE
1-Man Team (Solo Operator) $50 per appliance stop $125 per toilet or sink stop $20 per approved add-on $5 per attempt stop $0.50 per mile for anything outside a 20-mile radius from pickup store $125/day truck pay when using your personal truck Training pay: $150/day until cleared to run your own route 2-Man Team (Driver + Helper)
Driver:
$33 per stop
Helper:
$31 per stop
Add-ons:
$10 per add-on per team member $0.50 per mile outside 20-mile radius $125/day truck pay when using a personal truck Training pay: $150/day per person until cleared Weekly Earnings $1,500 on the low end $3,500+ per week for efficient crews
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Appliance delivery & installation (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, toilets, sinks, etc.) Proper haul-away documentation Text customers by 8:00 PM the night before delivery Schedule the next day's route Complete daily installer invoice Add exact notes for each add-on performed Maintain professional appearance and customer service Follow safety, installation, and retailer standards
SCHEDULE
Standard routes Monday-Friday Saturdays optional (by request) Home nightly (local routes)
REQUIREMENTS
Reliable 1500+ pickup truck Valid driver's license & insurance Ability to lift heavy appliances Smartphone for routing, invoicing & communication Basic tools for appliance installation Professional attitude & punctuality
IMPORTANT NOTES
Independent contractor (1099) position Training continues until cleared to run your own truck Call-outs within 48 hours of a route may result in penalties Damage, rework, or missed documentation may result in chargebacks
