We're looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic team player to join our Pocatello team as a Delivery Specialist ! This is a full-time, Tuesday-Friday role (6:00 AM to 4:00 PM), with weekends off —because we believe in work-life balance. Why Join Us? Your Role as a Delivery Specialist As a key player on our delivery team, you'll help drive sales and build strong customer relationships within Eastern Idaho. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our clients have the products they need to succeed. Responsibilities Ability to work 4-10's Tuesday-Friday with weekends off Ability to start early in the morning Possess and maintain a good driving record Ability to drive a 24' box truck CDL License Class A or B a plus, but not required Ability to obtain a HAZMAT Endorsement if needed Ability to climb in and out of a delivery vehicle numerous times every workday Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively Ability to push or pull up to 2300 lbs. with a manual pallet jack Ability to understand and take directions Ability to read, write, and understand English Demonstrate a positive attitude when communicating via email, text, and phone Ability to get along with customers and other employees Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and agility test upon hire Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client relationships. Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks as required. Familiarity with pallet jacks and other loading equipment is a plus. Experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
