Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Fuel & Oil Delivery Driver with a Class A or Class B CDL including Hazmat and Tanker certification to join our team. This role involves safely delivering fuel and oil to customers locally, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, route delivery, and operating specialized trucks such as bobtail and/or box trucks. A strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficient delivery is essential for success in this position. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some occasional weekend deliveries. We offer competitive rates of pay with benefits. Pay is per hour with built in weekly overtime. Duties Operate bobtail fuel trucks and box trucks to deliver fuel and oil to customer locations from our own bulk plant storage facility Load and unload efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Maintain accurate documentation of loads, unloads and vehicle logs Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to commercial driving and hazardous materials transportation Expected to monitor loading/unloading activities for entire duration. Ensure all drops are in the appropriate tank at the appropriate location. Keep bill of ladings accurate and current during deliveries. Document accurate tank readings. Ensure trucks and associated equipment such as hoses and fittings are clean and in good working order. Report any incidents or mechanical issues immediately to management Skills Valid Class A or Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement required Experience operating manual transmission trucks Proven driving experience in commercial settings with a focus on route driving and delivery logistics Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to transporting hazardous materials Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record and ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting on trucks and trailers Good communication skills for coordinating deliveries and maintaining logs This position offers an opportunity for experienced drivers to utilize their skills in a dynamic environment dedicated to safety and reliability. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
