Unlike traditional delivery companies, Speedora operates an asset-based model with trained two-person crews, strict delivery protocols, and real-time shipment visibility.

Speedora is motivated to hire Furniture Installer & Appliance Delivery Associate to join our world-class carrier, you will receive paid training, tools, and a truck to complete deliveries with. In this role, you will deliver and install appliances in customers' homes while providing a professional and positive customer experience. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to safely handle large appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ranges. Why Work for Speedora? Growing logistics company with expansion plans Family-based work environment Consistent routes and structured delivery schedules Opportunity to learn specialized installation skills Work with professional crews delivering high-value products Responsibilities Deliver furniture, appliances, and large items safely and efficiently into customer homes Perform light assembly, installation, and setup of products Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment Communicate with dispatch, customers, and your crew lead throughout the route Handle all items with extreme care to prevent damage Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude at all times Use handheld devices for routing, signatures, and job documentation Follow all safety procedures, including lifting protocols and PPE requirements Assist in resolving on-site customer concerns with professionalism Represent Speedora's brand values of quality, respect, and reliability Unload appliances from delivery trucks with care, ensuring no damage occurs during handling. Install various household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC units by following manufacturer guidelines and schematics. Perform routine maintenance checks on appliances and refrigeration units to verify proper functioning. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and any issues encountered during service calls. Experience Prior experience in field service environments preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates eager to learn. • Prior moving, delivery, warehouse, installation, or furniture assembly experience preferred
