$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday Job Overview Decatur Auto Parts Inc. is an automotive recycling facility that sells quality recycled original parts to wholesale and retail customers. Our Delivery Drivers are trusted ambassadors of our company. Success in this role comes from consistency, integrity, and calm execution under real‑world conditions such as traffic, time pressure, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate we're looking for is dependable, detail‑oriented, and a self‑managed individual who takes pride in doing things right the first time. This role is ideal for someone who values personal responsibility and representing a company professionally, often with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Deliver parts and packages safely and on time Follow assigned routes and delivery procedures Load and secure items properly Verify orders, paperwork, and customer signatures Collect payments when required (COD) Pick up returns and confirm proper documentation Perform daily vehicle inspections Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized Communicate delays or issues professionally Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry packages (up to job requirements) Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior delivery or warehouse experience preferred Benefits Group health insurance Life insurance Dental and Vision insurance Paid vacations and holidays Paid uniforms Paid training Paid time off Apply Today If you take pride in being reliable, accurate, and professional, we want to hear from you.
