Salary:

$1,500 base + Uncapped Commissions! We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused DSD Sales Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, delivering products directly to retail stores, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate order handling, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver products directly to retail stores following assigned routes Load and unload products safely and efficiently Verify orders, invoices, and deliveries for accuracy Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and customers Ensure proper product placement and rotation when required Collect payments or handle delivery documentation as needed Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies Requirements Valid driver's license for minimum 3 years Clean driving record (or acceptable MVR) Ability to lift, carry, and move products (physical work required) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes Previous DSD, route delivery, or beverage/food distribution experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Paid biweekly $1,500 base +Commission Consistent routes and schedules
