Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules effectively, ensuring timely arrivals and departures from each stop Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, including heavy lifting when necessary, maintaining proper safety procedures Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a friendly attitude Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging strong sales and communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including route logs and delivery confirmations Organize merchandise on delivery vehicles for efficient route driving and easy access during deliveries Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial driving or route driving roles Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory management Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes Organizational skills to plan routes effectively and manage delivery schedules Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic Knowledge of merchandising techniques and basic sales strategies is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
