Customer Care Specialist /
Delivery Driver Pay:
$18/hr - $20/hr,
BOE Position Summary:
The Customer Care Specialist/Delivery Driver is responsible for providing prompt, courteous delivery of products to customers while delivering exceptional in-store and remote customer service. This role also supports daily order fulfillment operations, including cashiering, stocking, shipping/receiving, and general store maintenance. Key Responsibilities Deliver products efficiently to customers across the base using company vehicle Provide friendly, accurate service to in-store, phone, and online customers, including quoting and order processing Operate point-of-sale systems; process payments (credit card, vouchers, etc.) and issue receipts Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup (email, phone, and online orders) Perform shipping and receiving tasks in a high-volume environment Stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure pricing labels are accurate and current Maintain a clean, organized store environment Support additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in order entry and processing Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic computer applications; ERP experience preferred Ability to research products and vendors and provide accurate quotes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and strong driving skills Comfortable with active, physical work including lifting and moving items regularly Commitment to supporting a mission-driven organization Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Experience with order processing, retail, or warehouse operations preferred Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and stooping throughout the day Occasional twisting and extended physical activity This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of customer service, hands-on work, and driving, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
