Delivery Driver

Job Summary We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. Drivers will be responsible for picking up packages from our Mount Prospect location and delivering them to customers throughout the surrounding north suburban areas. This is a fast-paced but straightforward delivery position, with most stops taking less than one minute to complete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate efficiently through assigned routes. Duties Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining quality service. Deliver the packages and ensure they are placed in a secure location. No packages should be left unattended, and the doorbell must be rung upon delivery. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is essential. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading processes. Requirements A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; commercial driving experience is advantageous. Reliable personal vehicle( minivan, cargo van, or SUV) Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid SSN Valid e-mail address/basic computer skills. Successfully pass a Background and Motor Vehicle Record check.

Weekly pay ranging from $850 to $1,500 $1.70 per package (Monday - Friday) $2.00 per package (Saturday & Sunday)
