Romeoville, IL (920 W Taylor Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446) We are seeking full-time FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team in the Romeoville area! Drivers operate out of the Romeoville terminal and deliver to local residences and businesses using company-provided step vans and cargo vans. •No CDL required! •What You'll Starting at $20/hr Full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (flexible schedules available) Routes dispatch between 8:30-9:30 AM and are completed once all packages are delivered (typically 5:00 PM) Why You'll Love Working With Us Weekly Paychecks Health, Dental, Vision insurance Paid Vacation after 1 year Company-provided uniforms Extra workdays available for those who want them Safety-first culture with a supportive management team Easy-to-use GPS navigation Performance-based incentives What a Day Looks Like Start your morning at the terminal, pick up your truck, and load packages Deliver packages safely to homes and businesses around the area Scan and log packages to keep things accurate and organized Get in and out of the truck frequently (50-100 stops per day; up to 200 during peak season) Safely lift and move packages (50-100 lbs; up to 150 lbs with a handcart) What We're Looking For 21 years of age or older Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Able to pass a drug test and DOT Medical/Physical exam Must consent to a background check Physically fit and ready for a hands-on, active job Military applicants strongly encouraged to apply!
