In this role, you will be the key player responsible for transporting event equipment, supplies, and materials to various venues with precision and care. Your enthusiasm and commitment will ensure seamless delivery experiences, helping events come to life smoothly and on time. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver event equipment across multiple locations. Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols. Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at each destination. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients, venue staff, and event coordinators during deliveries. Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented, including delivery receipts and load/unload logs. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly. Assist with moving equipment within venues or storage areas as needed to support event setup and teardown. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving familiarity. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Warehouse experience including loading/unloading cargo, heavy lifting, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable. Knowledge of tent and structure assembly and setup Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving equipment safely.
