Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Non-CDL Construction Delivery Driver, where your energy and precision will drive the success of our construction projects. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting construction materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites. Your proactive approach and excellent driving skills will ensure timely deliveries, smooth operations, and satisfied project managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment that values reliability, safety, and customer service. Duties Safely operate delivery trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver construction supplies and equipment to multiple job sites. Experience towing trailers a plus. Load and unload materials using pallet jacks and manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and secure placement. Plan efficient delivery routes to meet project timelines while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Verify delivery orders, inspect vehicles for maintenance issues, and complete all necessary documentation accurately. Assist with warehouse organization by moving inventory as needed and maintaining a clean work environment. Communicate effectively with site managers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols during loading, unloading, driving, and delivery processes. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver within the construction or warehouse industry. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and site personnel. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and moving tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various conditions. Experience with measuring and power tools a plus. Excellent route planning skills with a focus on punctuality and efficiency. Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving, material handling, and construction sites.
