1st Shift (8+ hours per day)/Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays off. Job Summary The CDL Truck Driver works with the CDP Leads and the Transportation Logistic/Supply Chain Manager to plan and execute various pickups & deliveries throughout the organization and assists with the servicing of retail locations with truck deliveries. The Driver is responsible for the transportation of goods utilizing a gasoline- or diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination using intercity routes including local roads, interstates, and highways.
Hours of Operation:
7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday thru Saturday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday Example Duties and Activities Drives the gasoline- or diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination to destinations following safe driving practices and rules of the road.
- Current CDL Class A license and the ability to obtain a Forklift Operator certification. Driving Expertise
- Understands and follows the Department of Transportation rules and regulations and is able to safely drive a gasoline
- or diesel-powered tractor-trailer. Possesses a strong sense of direction, is familiar with Indiana's geography of urban and rural communities, and is able to read and follow maps. Customer Focus
