Load and unload inventory from company vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care. Maintain delivery logs and verify customer orders upon delivery. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and resolve minor issues or escalate as needed. Assist in warehouse operations, including stocking, organizing, and inventory management. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting any issues or required maintenance. Follow all safety procedures and company policies during deliveries and warehouse tasks. Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery schedules and customer feedback. Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and reporting opportunities to the sales team. Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a clean and presentable appearance Requirements Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to work well in a process driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license in the state that you will work and be insurable with our carrier Must be willing to submit to drug screening and background check.
