The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, route management, and efficient handling of deliveries using commercial vehicles such as box trucks. Prior delivery driver experience are highly valued. Looking for someone who can deliver between 80 - 90 stops daily. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients. Load and unload cargo ensuring proper handling of heavy items. Manage delivery routes efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and addressing customer inquiries or concerns during deliveries. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, maintaining proper documentation throughout the process. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience in a commercial setting. Valid driver's license ; clean driving record required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as moving and heavy lifting throughout the shift. Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving and loading/unloading cargo. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines and company policies.
