Pure Edible Oils — Route Delivery Driver (Full-Time) Indianapolis, IN | From $21.00/hr | Day Shift About the Role Pure Edible Oils is a local bulk cooking oil delivery and collection company serving restaurants and food service businesses across the Indianapolis area. We're looking for a dependable, customer-facing Route Delivery Driver to join our team full-time. This is a structured, scheduled commercial route position — not a gig, app-based, or on-demand delivery job. You will work a set daily schedule with assigned routes, check in with dispatch, and operate as part of a coordinated team. If you're looking for flexible, self-directed hours, this is not the right fit. You will build ongoing relationships with the same restaurant and food service customers on your regular routes, representing PEO professionally on every stop. What You'll Do Drive assigned routes delivering and collecting bulk frying oil to restaurants and food service accounts Load, secure, and unload heavy product — must be able to push/pull up to 250 lbs using mechanical equipment Build and maintain professional, ongoing relationships with customers on your regular route Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers throughout your shift Collect payments and handle basic account questions professionally Complete trip logs, delivery reports, and DOT-required documentation accurately Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial, route, or freight delivery experience — app-based or on-demand delivery (DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Uber Eats, Instacart, etc.) does not meet this requirement Valid driver's license with a For-Hire endorsement (required — applicants without this will not be considered) Clean driving record — no major traffic violations in the past 3 years Ability to follow a structured daily schedule and report to a home base location each day Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of PEO on every route Reliable and dependable — our customers count on consistent, on-time service and so does your team Comfortable with sustained physical labor in varying weather conditions Professional, customer-facing demeanor High school diploma or GED Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR review Must be able to commute to or relocate to Indianapolis, IN 46268 before start date What We Offer Full-time W-2 employment (not contract or 1099) Stable day shift schedule — consistent start times, set routes, predictable hours Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Team-based work environment with dispatch support and management available throughout your shift A tight-knit local company where your work directly impacts customer relationships and business success
