Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards Engage with customers professionally while providing exceptional service Handle heavy lifting of packages, demonstrating strength and proper lifting techniques to prevent injury with dolly Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
