Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver & Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to customers' locations and providing professional installation services. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service, combined with your ability to handle physical tasks and operate various vehicles and equipment, will ensure our clients receive top-quality service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company while contributing to smooth operations and satisfied customers. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver products across assigned routes Load and unload items using Dollie's, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed Deliver goods promptly to customer locations, verifying orders against delivery manifests and obtaining signatures upon receipt Install, assemble, or set up products at customer sites with precision and professionalism Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering product guidance, and ensuring a positive experience during delivery and installation Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver with a strong focus on customer service and route driving efficiency Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely; experience with moving equipment such as handcarts or pallet jacks is a plus Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for loading/unloading processes Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and commercial driving regulations Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively Physical stamina to lift heavy items repeatedly and perform demanding physical activities throughout the day Join us in delivering excellence!
