Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and minimize delays Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting, ensuring items are secured properly for transit Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with clear communication skills Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including receipts, logs, and inventory records Organize daily delivery schedules and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record Strong math skills for calculating pricing, measurements, and route adjustments Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of route driving techniques to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency Experience in merchandising or sales is a plus for upselling opportunities Background in military service is advantageous for discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our vibrant team!
