We are looking for exceptional Lead CDL drivers to provide excellent customer service while shuttling passengers in a 30-passenger shuttle bus. The shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays only and the shifts will be 5:45am to 6pm. Pay is $28.84 per hour. Are you a bus driver/motorcoach operator looking for a scheduled driving position? Home Daily Safety Incentive PTO Paid Uniforms Travel Cost Coverage Be a valued member of an elite team of drivers What does a Successful Arrow Stage Lines' Lead Shuttle Driver Look Like? Leadership & Team Support Provide on-shift leadership, guidance, and support to shuttle drivers. Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, dispatch, and management. Assist with driver onboarding, training, and mentoring. Promote professionalism, customer service standards, and positive team culture. Help resolve conflicts, performance concerns, or questions from drivers. Operational Coordination Monitor route performance, departure times, and schedule compliance. Support dispatch in responding to route delays, breakdowns, or route changes. Ensure smooth communication of route updates, staffing needs, or schedule changes. Assist in improving operational processes and reporting recurring issues. Safety & Compliance Lead by example in complying with DOT, company, and site safety regulations. Promote a safety-first culture among drivers through daily habits and communication. Ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspections are completed properly and reported accurately. Report vehicle issues, unsafe behavior, or policy violations promptly and accurately. Support management in implementing safety policies, training, or corrective actions. Customer & Site Service Address passenger inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed. Ensure service quality standards are upheld by all drivers on the shift. Administrative & Reporting Duties Record and communicate shift incidents, driver concerns, or equipment issues. Assist in tracking attendance, schedule changes, and route coverage when applicable. Provide feedback to management regarding driver performance or operational improvements. What Skills and Abilities are Needed to be successful? A current class A or B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, as well as an excellent driving record with 2 Years Experience. Be punctual, dependable, have a professional appearance, and have exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.Learn more here:
