$ 17-$19 plus CE commissions for high volume Position Overview O'Neil Distributing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Route Delivery Helper with a CDL to assist with beverage deliveries throughout the assigned territory. This position involves early mornings, long hours, and physical work supporting delivery operations and servicing retail accounts. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with delivery of beverage products to retail accounts Safely operate company vehicles as needed Unload, move, and organize product at customer locations Verify product quantities and delivery accuracy Maintain professional customer relationships Assist with product rotation and organization when necessary Follow all company safety standards and DOT requirements Help maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery trucks and equipment Fill in as a substitute driver as needed Requirements Valid CDL license with acceptable driving record Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds Ability to work early mornings and long hours as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in varying weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery, warehouse, or beverage industry experience preferred Experience working in physically demanding environments Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer Full-time opportunity Stable work environment Opportunity for growth within O'Neil Distributing Team-oriented atmosphere
