Career Advancement Opportunity This position includes a structured 6-month evaluation period designed to prepare qualified team members for advancement into a Master Contractor role. Master Contractors can earn up to $5,500+ per week operating their own delivery team and route. Your 6-month review will be based on: Customer survey scores On-time delivery performance Damage percentage Claims percentage Overall productivity and work quality We provide guidance, mentorship, and assistance with startup costs for qualified individuals transitioning into a Master Contractor position.
