Job Description

Job Title:
Delivery Driver ( Furniture Installation) Are you an experienced driver with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for leadership? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to spearhead our furniture delivery and installation team. In this role, you won't just be driving—you will be the face of our company, ensuring our high-quality furniture arrives safely and is installed perfectly in our customers' homes. You will be responsible for the loading process, manage your delivery schedule, and ensure you maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
Inspect all furniture pieces prior to loading to ensure they meet our strict quality standards and are free of defects.
Inventory Accuracy:
Accurately load delivery trucks, cross-referencing all items against customer invoices to ensure zero errors.
Safe Transit & Installation:
Drive defensively and transport furniture safely. Efficiently assemble furniture prior to loading or assemble and install furniture at the delivery site within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Team Leadership:
Guide and support your delivery assistant on the road, fostering a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Customer Excellence:
Provide a friendly, professional, and white-glove service experience for every customer.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of related service-industry driving and delivery experience (e.g., furniture, large appliances, or white-glove box truck delivery).
Certifications:
Must possess a valid DOT Certificate and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 75+ lbsconsistently throughout the day.
Age:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Screening:
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
