Papa Johns Delivery Driver Our Papa Johns franchise is now hiring Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will be helping create and continue our promise of great products with great customer service. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with you if you are an energetic, self-sufficient person who loves to give smiles to everyone you interact with. Our drivers average $23.63 per hour with tips, delivery reimbursement, & wages. Hourly starting pay is $7.25 per hour, we pay $3.52 per delivery taken, drivers average 3 deliveries per hour = $10.56 per hour, and average tips of $7.90 per hour. This is an average of $25.71 per hour. This is an average and can be higher if you are a hustler and treat your customers right.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver product by car, then to the door of our customers Treat customers with respect, and a smile Deliver orders within a specified delivery area, will take multiple deliveries throughout a shift Work well with and respect driver teammates, in-store team members, and management

Job Qualifications:

Must be minimum of 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and good driving record (pass MVR requirements) Have access to a dependable vehicle and proof of current auto insurance Basic math skills for making change for customers General knowledge of delivery area Non cdl driver roll Possess a positive attitude and greet all with a smile
