Job Description

To apply for the position, please call 504-339-6347 We are looking to hire a
PART TIME
professional delivery driver with an economical vehicle to help us pick up medications from our Pharmacy location in Lake Charles, LA and deliver them to local patients in the Lake Charles Metro area.

  • Monday
  • Friday.
12:00pm pick-up time. (All packages are picked up at one time) Roughly 10 to 30 stops per day. All packages must be delivered daily immediately upon pick-up. When there are any attempted deliveries, meaning undeliverable packages. Attempted deliveries must be returned back to the pharmacy the same day before 5pm. The pharmacy covers roughly a 30 miles radius but the bulk of the stops are in Lake Charles. Please see the pay structure that will be paid to the driver per stop below: 0-10 miles from the pharmacy
  • $7 per stop 11-30 miles from the pharmacy
  • $9 per stop Anything over 30 miles
  • $0.
60 cents per mile starting from the pick up location. We will also provide a $100 per week gas stipend, that will be paid weekly in addition to your per stop pay. We are looking to hire and start the training process immediately!! We do not take anything out of your weekly earnings/deposit, with the exception of $29.49 per week. That weekly fee provides you with additional cargo insurance and workers comp insurance for independent contractors which you will have immediately once you are a part of the team. There is 1 week processing period, then paid weekly. Weekly payments are submitted via Direct Deposit every Friday
  • Pay Range between $450 to $750 plus per week.
