Worcester County, MA Pay:
$21-$24 per hour

Part-Time Guaranteed Hours:
Approximately 18 hours per week JoyRide Medical Transport is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional driver to join our growing team. We provide non-emergency medical transportation services to seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Central Massachusetts. This position includes a recurring Monday-Saturday schedule with approximately 18 guaranteed hours per week. Additional hours are frequently available based on client demand and are typically communicated 24-48 hours in advance. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed Secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment properly Maintain a clean and professional vehicle Communicate schedule updates and trip information as needed Provide exceptional customer service with patience, dignity, and respect Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working with seniors and individuals with disabilities Strong communication and customer service skills CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability to pass required background checks, driving record checks, and a drug screening Previous medical transportation, healthcare, caregiving, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Schedule Recurring Monday-Saturday routes Approximately 18 guaranteed hours weekly Additional hours available based on transportation demand Most additional trips are scheduled 24-48 hours in advance At JoyRide, we believe reliability, compassion, and professionalism matter most.
