Part-Time Delivery Ambassador at Fall River location MUST have their OWN vehicle for when van goes in for repairs and and knowledge of car mechanics is a plus

Edible Arrangements - Fall River, MA We are seeking a part-time Delivery Ambassador to join our team at Edible Arrangements. This role requires open availability, including weekends and during peak holiday seasons such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The Delivery Ambassador serves as the face of Edible Arrangements, ensuring an exceptional Guest Service experience. This position involves delivering orders with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism to make Edible Arrangements the top choice for gift-giving. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Deliver Edible Arrangements products accurately, courteously, and on time. Organize delivery tickets by area and log them into the system via phone app. Plan and execute efficient delivery routes. Load and transport products safely in company vehicles. Support in-store operations, including food production tasks, wrapping arrangements, and other duties as assigned. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both inside and out, and ensure safe operation. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and notify management of any required servicing. Communicate with Customer Service regarding unsuccessful deliveries or delivery updates. Assist with snow removal from vehicles and store surroundings when necessary. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to read maps, follow directions, and navigate independently. Professional, clean, and neat appearance. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Friendly, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Physically capable of lifting, carrying, or pushing items up to 50 lbs. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
