• and that\'s exactly how we like it. What You\'ll Do You\'ll be the go-to support across the store, helping keep operations running smoothly. Store Support
• Assist with stocking shelves, inventory movement, and merchandising
• Support shipping & receiving, including unloading and organizing deliveries
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment Delivery & Rental Support
• Deliver products and rental equipment to customer locations
• Assist with loading/unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Help set up basic rental items (tables, chairs, small equipment, etc.) Customer Experience
• Provide friendly, helpful service in-store and during deliveries
• Support the team in answering questions and locating products
• Represent Carr Hardware professionally in the community Qualifications
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior retail, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus (not required) What We\'re Looking For
