What You'll Do As an essential member of our Programs Team, you will: Safely transport residents to appointments, errands, and community outings Operate and maintain the community van and vehicle fleet Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly Assist with resident activities, special events, and programs Escort residents, including those using wheelchairs Provide concierge-style service to residents and their families Support the reception desk and answer phones as needed Assist with clerical and administrative projects Help coordinate emergency procedures and fire drills Maintain accurate records and communicate important information to the team Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment every day
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts Driver's License Safe driving record that meets Youville Place standards Ability to safely transport residents and navigate to various destinations Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility needs Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and respond effectively in emergency situations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with older adults Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic to advanced computer skills
