Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial driving equipment, to transport orders efficiently. Load, unload, and organize delivery orders with care, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Navigate routes using GPS or route maps to deliver orders promptly while adhering to traffic laws. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests courteously, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Handle heavy lifting when loading or unloading supplies and orders, maintaining safety protocols at all times. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles to ensure optimal operation. Complete delivery logs accurately and report any issues or delays to management promptly. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred. Prior delivery driver experience is highly desirable; familiarity with route driving is a plus. Ability to lift heavy boxes or food containers safely; physical strength for moving items as needed. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Knowledge of local streets and routes; ability to navigate efficiently using GPS devices.
