Food Truck Operator

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to staff and operate our food truck during daily operations. We are a Belgian waffle food truck focused on quality food, smooth service, and a positive team culture. We value reliability, consistency, and people who enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team. Schedule Tuesday - Saturday ($17/hour) Option to add extra shifts at premium pay ($25/hour) Cash and card tips Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Operations): Prepare and serve food according to company standards Operate the food truck during service hours (setup, service, and breakdown) Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively Handle POS transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance Assist with inventory tracking and restocking Open and close the truck as needed Drive the food truck (10 ft Box truck) Qualifications Food service or hospitality experience (food truck experience is a plus) Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working on your feet and in varying weather conditions Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license required Available Tuesday through Saturday consistently This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive in dynamic settings.
