We are looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Experts to join our team. Delivery Experts are responsible for delivering customer orders safely and efficiently while providing excellent service during each delivery. In addition to deliveries, team members assist with preparing orders and supporting store operations between deliveries to help ensure fast and accurate service for every customer. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. Pay Structure Drivers earn a combination of hourly pay, delivery reimbursement, and customer tips.

Hourly:

$10/hour Delivery reimbursement: $2.00 per delivery Customer tips: Drivers keep all tips Drivers typically earn $18-$25+ per hour depending on tips and delivery volume. Responsibilities Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently to homes and businesses Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store Handle payments when required Maintain safe driving practices and follow traffic laws Assist with preparing menu items when inside the store Help organize, box, and bag customer orders Support store operations between deliveries Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with valid insurance Ability to navigate local delivery areas Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
