Job Description

MOG Transportation MOG Transportation is seeking reliable and hardworking Delivery Drivers and Helpers to join our team servicing IKEA delivery routes. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, and consistent high performance. All team members must maintain a daily performance score of 98
  • 100%. Route opportunities are competitive and score-based. Delivery teams consist of one driver and one helper, completing 15 to 25 stops per day to ensure timely, accurate, and professional deliveries. Military base access is a plus and highly preferred. Types of Deliveries This position includes three delivery types based on customer preference: Front Door Delivery
  • Items delivered to the customer's front door Threshold Delivery
  • Items placed just inside the customer's doorway Room of Choice Delivery
  • Items delivered to the customer's preferred room; may include stairs and heavy lifting

What We Offer Competitive Daily Pay Drivers:
$130
  • $200 per day
Helpers:
$100
  • $130 per day Additional Benefits Home daily (no overnight hauls) Bi-weekly settlements with direct deposit Consistent work with steady IKEA routes Company truck provided Fuel card provided Performance & Route Assignments VOC (Voice of Customer) is a priority Customer feedback directly impacts performance and future route opportunities Route assignments are performance-based, with a goal of 100% performance Qualifications Driver Valid driver's license Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Helper No experience required (delivery or warehouse experience is a plus) General Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy items Strong attention to detail Ability to meet performance targets consistently Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a two-person team Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability
