Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles with manual transmission across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and parking regulations. Pick up and deliver goods or products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally. Verify delivery details, process cash transactions, handle cashiering duties, and maintain accurate retail math records. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries while updating status reports promptly. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues immediately. Maintain a clean driving record and uphold safety protocols at all times during operations. Experience Prior delivery driver experience or dealership experience preferred; familiarity with local streets and parking in . Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles required. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities. Experience in cashiering, retail math, cash handling, and working in fast-paced environments is advantageous. Knowledge of parking regulations and ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps.
