Overview Join our dynamic team as an Amazon Delivery Associate and become a vital part of delivering smiles to customers' doorsteps! As a Delivery Associate, you'll be the friendly face representing our commitment to excellent customer service while navigating routes with precision and efficiency. Duties Must Be 21 yrs or older Must pass background, drug and alcohol test Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions, to complete daily delivery routes Load and unload packages efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Drive route to deliver packages accurately and on schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with heavy lifting and moving of packages to ensure safe handling and delivery Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Follow safety protocols and traffic laws at all times during route driving Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route progress or issues Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred Prior experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in warehouse operations involving load & unload tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of packages safely Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Familiarity with route driving, navigation tools, and traffic regulations Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Embark on an energetic career path where your driving skills and dedication make a real difference!
