Temporary Part Time Delivery Driver

This is a

TEMPORARY

position lasting 6-10 weeks. With exemplary performance it could be possible to transition to a permanent role. This position is part time. This is an early morning position. Hours are M-F, approximately 6AM-1PM Please do not call to inquire about this job - please message us on indeed.

Duties include:

Local deliveries in the Delmarva area. Loading and unloading trucks, packing orders for delivery, pulling orders for shipment, and cleanup around the warehouse . Must have the ability to lift approximately 100lbs. No CDL required, but we will pay for you to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate. Candidates must be self starting, reliable, and punctual. Ability to inspect, maintain, and operate a motor vehicle. Ability to load and unload a delivery truck from ground level or platform in a variety of warehouse and construction worksite situations. Ability to read and do math to correctly access warehouse materials for order picking, properly deliver orders, and correctly complete all paperwork for deliveries and pick-ups. Our drivers must maintain a professional appearance and possess a positive and professional attitude, as they are the face of our company to our customers.

Working conditions:

Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries in all weather conditions including during extreme hot/cold, rain and other seasonal conditions.
