In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely delivering goods, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. Your expertise in driving commercial vehicles and handling cargo will help us maintain our reputation for reliability and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be on the move, working independently while contributing to a fast-paced logistics operation. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, following designated routes and schedules Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety standards are met before each journey Manage route driving with precision, optimizing delivery sequences for efficiency and timeliness Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, stocking supplies, or organizing shipments as needed Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports to track completed routes and cargo status Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on customer service Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred Familiarity with box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy lifting techniques required Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for handling cargo efficiently Ability to load & unload goods safely and effectively in various environments Strong knowledge of route driving principles and traffic regulations in different areas Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Embrace this opportunity to drive your career forward in a role that combines active driving with hands-on logistics.
