In this role, you will be responsible for transporting arrangements or plants to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of route driving, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various types of delivery vehicles. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and obtaining signatures when required. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards. Assist in delivery operations when not on delivery routes including boxing product and assisting in prep work Qualifications Proven experience in route driving or courier services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
