Delivery/ Kitchen Work Job Summary:
The position as a Delivery driver presents an exciting opportunity to learn and execute time management skills, customer service skills, and multitasking skills. Put your driving ability to use while developing self supporting strategies for team motivation and detail oriented results. If you're an individual who is looking for an environment that is fast paced, exciting, and rewarding, this role can give you the chance to fully develop your interests and talents. You will play an essential role in the success of the restaurant by providing exceptional transportation of food items to customers. This position comes with the rewarding outcome of earned delivery tips. When not on the road, you would be filling your time in the kitchen prepping food and making orders as needed.Job Responsibilities:
- Transporting food orders to customers within a 5 mile radius to and from the restaurant. Some delivery exceptions up to 8 miles
- Accurate and effective communication with customers regarding their orders when needed
- Using Google Maps and basic
POS System Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Prior Delivery experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Can lift up to 40lbs
- Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills
- Commitment to the production of high
- quality outputs and customer service skills
- Understanding the importance of obeying traffic and motor vehicle laws
- Presenting an appropriate and positive behavior when representing the restaurant when delivering and driving
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed to facilitate the restaurant's operations
- Confidence in delivering orders in a reasonable and timely manner
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
