Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering, installing, washers, dryer, stoves, refridgerators directly at customer locations. Your mechanical aptitude, technical skills, and customer service expertise will ensure every customer experience is positive, seamless, and satisfying. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles to transport appliances to customer sites. Deliver appliances promptly while maintaining a high standard of care during handling and transportation. Install appliances accurately according to manufacturer specifications and schematics, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Read instructions to facilitate installation and repair tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform routine assembly of appliances, as needed to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with installation process, natural gas install and equipment. Prior delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles; valid driver's license required. Knowledge of field service operations with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed installation instructions accurately. Physical capability to lift heavy appliances safely and work in various environments throughout the day.
