We added our Harbor Springs, MI plant in 2006, and expanded again in November 2016 with our Traverse City plant. Our goal is always to provide the highest quality moldings and finishings with hundreds of different profiles. Position Summary The Driver at Phillip Elenbaas Millwork (PEM) provides essential support to both the Shipping and Receiving Departments. In this role you are responsible for completely deliveries in a timely matter while ensuring to provide efficient customer service.

Duties:

Delivery a. Responsible for making and preparing deliveries for days to come b. Process orders and ensure their timely shipping c. Communicates shipping progress directly with customers Teamwork a. Collaboration with all other department heads for order completeness b. Assist anyone within your department on any given tasks Customer Service Central moving part of the customer service experience ensuring their order is processed accurately, timely and exceeding quality standards Assist all other departments throughout the customer service process from order placement to shipping, if necessary Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to occasionally drive out of state.
• Knowledge and experience in the Delivery industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and fact-based decision-making capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills Education & Experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have CDL License
• Experience driving a manual transmission preferred (training available).
