Your enthusiasm and passion for sales will help you connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience. You'll play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets while fostering lasting relationships with our clientele. You will be picking up orders and dropping off the deliveries and also working inside the warehouse if needed. What you'll do Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services, processing their orders and managing sales activities. Build rapport with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up communication. Achieve individual and team sales goals by actively promoting products and services. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to create an energetic sales environment that motivates everyone to succeed. Managing Inventory (packing orders, restocking the shelves) and delivering orders to other stores on time. Basic qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. A Valid Driver's license. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or retail software is a plus. A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
