Pizza Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering hot, fresh pizzas to customers while providing excellent service and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving, customer service, and handling deliveries in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. Previous experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus, along with familiarity with route driving and heavy lifting. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles, to transport orders to customers Deliver pizzas promptly while maintaining food quality and presentation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring satisfaction Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently, Navigate routes effectively using route driving skills to optimize delivery times Assist in warehouse tasks when not on delivery routes, including moving inventory or supplies Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred, especially with route driving Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or similar large vehicles with manual transmission is advantageous Customer service experience is highly valued for interacting professionally with customers • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required; driver experience preferred Ability to handle physical tasks such as moving heavy items and performing manual lifting during deliveries
