Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Help/Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face on the road, responsible for safely transporting goods to our valued customers while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will ensure timely deliveries, smooth load and unload processes, and positive experiences for everyone you serve. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your driving skills, gain warehouse experience, and be an integral part of a fast-paced delivery operation. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload goods efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Deliver products to customers' locations promptly, following designated routes and schedules Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for delivery Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any questions or concerns Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records throughout your shift Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with knowledge of route driving best practices Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of packages safely and efficiently Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or similar large vehicles with manual transmissions Familiarity with warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification preferred Ability to navigate using GPS or route maps effectively in various traffic conditions Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values dedication, safety, and delivering excellence every day!
