VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our growing Michigan team. This role is essential to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation of materials and products to job sites, customers, and dealers. The successful candidate will represent VDK professionally on the road, support warehouse and installation teams, and contribute to smooth daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated driver who values teamwork, responsibility, and outstanding service. What You'll Do Safely operate company delivery trucks to transport products, materials, and equipment to customer locations and job sites Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe handling procedures Verify delivery contents and complete required documentation accurately Maintain communication with management and site supervisors regarding schedules and updates Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns Assist warehouse staff with material handling, organization, and preparation as needed Represent VDK Group professionally with customers, dealers, and team members Support installation teams with on-site material placement when required What You'll Bring Valid Michigan driver's license (CDL not required) Clean driving record Previous delivery driving experience preferred; experience with construction or building materials is an asset Strong knowledge of road safety and load securement practices Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training available if needed) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment Compensation and Benefits High school diploma or equivalent preferred Competitive hourly wage Professional development and career advancement opportunities Company events and team-building activities Company discounts A collaborative and supportive team environment Health Insurance 401 K Why join VDK?
