Job Description

AIS Construction Equipment is the oldest Michigan-owned and operated heavy equipment company in the state and has proudly served customers for 65 years. We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Delivery Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Complete the daily Westside AIS delivery route, which originates in Lansing and includes deliveries to three branch locations Load and unload parts at each stop using a 53' soft-side trailer Complete and maintain all required delivery documentation and paperwork Perform basic truck maintenance, including fueling, checking fluid levels, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring required inspections are completed Communicate route progress and any delays to the Parts Department Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations
Requirements:
18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED Valid state-issued driver's license Class A CDL with air brake endorsement (automatic restriction acceptable) Previous delivery, transportation, or warehouse experience Knowledge of heavy equipment parts and the construction equipment industry preferred Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
