FedEx Delivery Driver

Misra and Ray Logistics is an Contracted Service Provider (Contractor) for FedEx based out of the Livonia terminal. We do Home, Ground, Express and Smart Post delivery and pickup of packages within Garden City (48135) , Westland (48185) and Inkster (48141). We are accepting applications for full-time Package Delivery Drivers. FedEx / UPS / Amazon Delivery driver experience is required . Prefer candidates living within 15 miles of Livonia. Job Starts with Dispatch which is typically between 8:30 and 9:00 am after FedEx loads the trucks in the terminal. Average driving hours after dispatch is about 6 hours a day. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh up to 150 lbs (hand cart provided). Drivers must have at least one year of commercial driving experience. We provide you with uniform and 22ft step vans with FedEx Logo. Any eligible candidate MUST have all of the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year behind the wheel driving experience from a previous employer within the past 3 years which can be verbally verified from previous employer.
• Must be able to drive 22ft Step Van [We will Road Test you at our cost]
• Ability to pass a DOT physical per state requirements
• Able to deliver up to 150lbs
• packages [hand cart provided]
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Must have extremely clean driving record / criminal background history ( No Felony/ DUI's )
• Able to pass a drug screen at entry and a random drug test anytime
