FEDEX GROUND DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED
(SATURDAY
AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
) , 4-5 days per week) Tailwinds Delivery is one of the top 5 indpendent contractors for FedEx Ground. We are looking for high energy drivers. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who wants to be part of a winning organization, Apply today! In your role as a FedEx driver, you would report to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Livonia, MI where you will organize your truck, deliver, and pick up packages before returning to the terminal at day's end.
Your responsibilities include:
Safe & on-time delivery/pickup of packages Scanning of packages at pickup and delivery Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspection daily Superior customer service We offer various benefits including: Medical, dental and insurance benefits after 30 days Safety, performance bonuses
IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years (not necessary to be driving all-day every day as long as some driving was part of the job) Available to work weekends. A valid chauffeur's license Legal status to work in the USA with a valid Chauffeurs driver's license Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years. . .minor tickets and accidents OK) Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years) Able to pass physical (including drug test) Must have conversational English Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest Must be at least 21 years of age Please do NOT apply unless you meet all driver requirements listed above.
