Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and energetic General Merchandising & Field Support Associate to join our team. This role combines hands-on field work with in-showroom responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks. You'll support deliveries and installations in the field while also contributing to sales, warehouse operations, and showroom merchandising. The position requires a reliable team player with a positive attitude, physical capability for lifting and manual work, and a customer-focused mindset .Sales experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Work (Delivery & Installation) Assist with safe and timely delivery of products to customer homes or job sites. Perform basic installations and assembly as needed. Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care. Conduct post-delivery checks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Showroom & Sales Support:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, answering questions and providing product information. Support sales staff by demonstrating products, and helping with customer consultations. Process sales transactions, quotes, and orders as needed.

Warehouse & Operations:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory in the warehouse. Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory counts. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Merchandising & General Duties:

Arrange and maintain showroom displays to create an attractive and inviting environment. Perform light cleaning and upkeep of the showroom and warehouse areas. Collaborate with the team on special projects, promotions, and events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for delivery duties). Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75-100 lbs) and perform manual labor. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Basic computer skills for processing orders and inventory. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional evenings as needed. Reliable transportation to and from the showroom. What We Offer a competitive hourly wage $22-$32, depending on past experience, plus potential sales incentives.
